Many of our collections are arranged chronologically; others by subject or by originating office (e.g., Geneva, Rome, Istanbul).
A major text digitization project is currently underway, and portions of the collections are currently open to researchers on-line. These selected collections are fully searchable via our online database, where you can also view PDF copies of the original documents. Learn more about how to search the online database by viewing our video tutorials or reading our guide.
Researchers interested in visiting the archives should contact us. The JDC Archives has offices in both New York City and Jerusalem. Upon reviewing your application, we will let you know which center would be most appropriate for your research. All collections that have been microfilmed are accessible at both centers. Additionally, if you have a specific question regarding our collections, please contact us. Please note: we are not equipped to provide broad, in-depth research services.
