Flora Holcman worked in the JDC Warsaw office before and during World War II. Married with one son, Holcman was murdered in 1943 after she was discovered hiding outside the ghetto on the “Aryan” side of Warsaw.

Flora Baranowicz Holcman, the daughter of Eleonora and Salomon Baranowicz, was born in Wloclawek, Poland in 1911. She married Yitzhak Holcman in May 1938, and the couple had one son, Jerzyk. Flora Holcman worked in the JDC Warsaw office before and during World War II. She lived at Murenowska 35 in the Warsaw Ghetto. Flora Holcman was murdered in July 1943 after she was discovered hiding outside the ghetto on the “Aryan” side of Warsaw.
